Conscious Play Fest is designed to be equitable, and community-driven.

We’ve opted out of traditional “helper tickets” in favor of a model where everyone both participates fully and contributes 3 hours of work to running the festival. This keeps ticket prices lower and fosters a shared sense of ownership.

For those who prefer to support financially instead of contributing to festival tasks, we offer a small number of “no-labour” tickets at an additional cost.

  • 3 nights of camping (or upgrade to a shared room for €111)

  • Full board of delicious food:

    • Thursday: Lunch & Dinner

    • Friday & Saturday: Breakfast, Lunch, Dinner & Night Snack

    • Sunday: Breakfast & Snacks

  • Access to all festival activities, workshops, and play spaces

how to join

  1. Fill out the registration form (takes about 10 minutes).

  2. Pay a €111 deposit to confirm your commitment to joining us.

    • This deposit secures your spot and is strictly non-refundable if you decide not to attend.

    • If, for any reason, we are unable to accept your registration, we will refund your deposit in full.

  3. Once approved, we’ll send details about completing your ticket purchase, including the remaining balance.
