Experiencing connection is one of my biggest passions, be it with others, with nature, the body and the beautiful and messy self. I love opening the space for the unknown in 1:1 or group settings with a combination of Gestalt therapy, Systemic Coaching, Ayurveda, western medicine and ritual. I am deeply involved in building and nurturing community and part of the Core-Team of Conscious Play Fest. As a parent of two kids, I am always with one foot in big city adult life and one foot out in nature, traveling, dancing or playing with life.
